Position Details:

• Shift: Night Shift (starting at 10:00 PM to finish at 6AM)
• Type: Permanent part-time position (32 hours per week)
• Languages: English and German

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required (don’t worry, we’ll provide training). However, we do expect you to possess certain qualities that will ensure your success and allow you to thrive in our culture.

As a Night Shift Stamper Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing and maintaining the metal stampers used in vinyl record production. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. You will be following step-by-step instructions and contributing to the success of our vinyl production processes.

Tasks

• Production of negatives and positives from "lacquers" to create pressing stampers
• Operation and maintenance of electroplating machinery
• Ensuring quality control throughout the production process
• Updating the software with relevant data regarding your production
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment in the electroplating department
• Daily report to your manager on your shift

Requirements

• Technical skills and the ability to work independently
• Previous night shift experience in a warehouse.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and reliability
• Excellent English (German would be a strong plus)
• Willingness to work night shifts
