Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Customer Service Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Wuppertal, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and customer service within an international e-commerce environment.
Key Details

• Location: Wuppertal, Germany (BRICOFLOR Headquarters)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 6 months
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Compensation:
• Option 1: €650/month (NET)
• Option 2: €300/month (NET) + accommodation (based on availability)

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting assistance
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary

Marketing Activities

• Create engaging and informative blog posts for our Italian website
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content and improve SEO performance
• Update and maintain website content, including product descriptions and landing pages
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign development and implementation

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office suite
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration)
