meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Work closely with the 24/7 team to ensure that they can effectively use the monitoring platforms and promptly respond to alerts
• Set up processes to ensure that the 24/7 team can efficiently work with the alerts and that product teams have the highest benefit of the support possibilities of the 24/7 team.
• Continuously review the existing monitoring platforms with the responsible persons to ensure that they have the necessary capabilities to support operational stability to it’s best
• Analyze data with help of AI to identify patterns and recommend improvements to the 24/7 team and product teams
• Review Sessions on Incidents for improving Monitoring
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in monitoring and analytics
• Provide training and guidance to the 24/7 team and product teams on new processes and technologies

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations monitoring and data analytics
• Strong knowledge of monitoring platforms such as New Rellic, SPLUNK, Uptrends, App Dynamics etc.
• Experience in setting up processes to work with alerts
• Strong data analytics skills with experience in using AI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
