Your challenge:

As a Performance Marketing Manager within the Acquisition team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving web acquisition and performance marketing strategies. A big focus you will have is to optimize our paid search campaigns to boost conversions while keeping customer acquisition costs (CAC) in check. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll have the opportunity to test innovative approaches and integrate AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of web acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Performance Max), ensuring continuous improvements in performance. The goal is to drive a 15% increase in web conversions while maintaining or improving CAC.
  
• Regularly monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to optimize performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation.
  
• Launch a vast range of experiments monthly, for example, testing ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine campaign outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with Mar Tech and leverage AI tools to automate processes and improve technical setup, aiming to reduce manual workload by 30% over time.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to create and maintain performance reports, analyzing campaign data to uncover insights and present findings to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
  
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
  
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign management and reporting workflows.
  

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Performance Max), with a proven track record of driving conversions and efficiency.
  
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  
• A passion for incorporating automation into marketing processes by using different AI marketing tools.
  
• Experience in designing and executing experiments to improve campaign performance.
  
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data and performance insights to various stakeholders.
  
• Fluent in English and German.
