Your Tasks:

• Perform molecular biology techniques (cloning, mutagenesis) and recombinant protein expression with purification methods
• Conduct protein biochemistry assays (SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, fluorescence/activity assays) and cryo-EM workflows (grid preparation, data collection, model building)
• Execute cell culture and cell-based assays, including stable cell line generation and viability testing
• Analyze experimental data and interpret results for scientific reporting
• Write and present scientific findings clearly and effectively

Your profile:

• Ph D in molecular biology, biochemistry, life sciences or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience in molecular/cellular biology and protein biochemistry
• Experience in structural biology is desirable
• High levels of self-motivation and ability to work both independently, as well as in a team
• Strong interest in structural biology and immunity
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
