Aufgaben

• Du suchst nach potentiellen Kandidaten für unsere offene Stellen, dabei nutzt du verschiedene Active-Sourcing-Kanäle wie Linked In, Xing und Social Media.
• Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für die Kandidaten und und entwickelst ansprechende und kreative Nachrichten.
• Du unterstützt dein Team im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess.
• Du wirst viel neues Lernen und erste Erfahrungen im HR-Management sammeln.

Qualifikation

• Du wohnst und studierst in Hamburg und bist auf der Suche nach einem Vollzeit-Praktikum im Personalwesen.
• Du bist für einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 6 Monaten verfügbar.
• Du bist offen, kommunikativ und motiviert.
• Du bist organisiert und arbeitest selbstständig.
• Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
