Procurement Techology Consultant Negotiation Digitalization (m/w/d)

You are part of the cross functional product team Sourcing & Contracting in order to implement, support and further develop our operating model, focusing on digitalization of procurement negotiations. The current underlying technical platforms are SIEVO Market Analytics and Excel (Buying Request).
- Supporting and consulting our procurement stakeholders as part of our Team Sourcing & Contracting with regard to processes, IT and data
- Operating and further developing our product-specific software (e. g. SIEVO), tools (e. g. Buying Request) and working methods
- Continously support the product manager in product development based on product strategy and roadmap
- Continously challenging business processes and collaborating with our stakeholders on the continuous optimization of business processes
- Gathering, analyzing, structuring and completing requirements
- Supporting of product related strategic projects
- Creation and further refinement of SOPs, knowledgebases, training documents and training concepts
- Supporting 2nd level support and providing 3rd level support
- Contribute to the creation of product-specific objectives and OKRs in line with department- and company objectives
- Occasional travel to our locations in Germany and other European countries
- Professional experience (3+ years) in the IT or procurement environment
- Completed professional education in the IT environment, completed studies in business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Deep understanding of retail business processes
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as willingness to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with different stakeholders
