Product Manager– Commercial Management (All Genders)

What will you be doing:
- You are the driving force to optimize the commercial performance of various customer segments through pricing, product design, and line management.
- You identify and propose initiatives to improve commercial performance and lead their implementation.
- You organize and lead cross-functional working groups for commercial optimization.
- You drive cross-product pricing and limit strategies within the Buy-now-Pay-later segment.
- You develop and implement pricing strategies for existing customers, conducting pricing tests.
- You collaborate with local SA and Product Management teams to optimize commercial performance.
- You initiate and execute technical commercial optimization projects, acting as Product Owner.
- You ensure proper monitoring and reporting of ongoing initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, finance, or commercial functions in the financial services or insurance sector.
- You hold a university degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- You have proven knowledge of financial products such as personal loans and credit cards, with an excellent understanding of the German cards, personal lending, and deposits markets and their competition.
- You have a strong understanding of objectives and goals of various functions (e.g., Finance, Credit Risk).
- You have the ability to think abstractly with good commercial judgment.
- You are fluent in English.
- You exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills up to EXFo level.
