• are the contact person for all refurbishment measures
  
• are responsible for the constructional support and quality assurance of the current hotels and workspaces
  
• make cost estimates for refurbishment work, prepare the corresponding budget planning, reporting and cost controlling
  
• take care of the tendering, awarding and the inspection of refurbishment services
  
• carry out warranty inspections and ensure that defects are recorded smoothly
  
• work closely with our Technical Property Manager in relation to the management of investments from FF&E reserves
  
• ensure compliance with legal and internal company requirements
  
• coordinate a cross-departmental team of internal specialist departments and external experts and companies (e.g. experts, insurance companies, property management) within a project
  

• a degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design or similar
• profound construction management and project experience in renovation work as well as relevant experience in interior fit-out (LPH 6-9), ideally in the hotel industry
• a passion for travelling and enjoy being on a mission for Ruby
• a professional when it comes to handling several projects at the same time and you know HOAI and VOB/B like the back of your hand
• characterised by your analytical and innovative thinking skills as well as your attention to detail without losing sight of costs
• able to assert yourself skilfully but empathetically, act on your own initiative and demonstrate a flexible and independent way of working
• a good command of the usual MS Office programmes as well as fluent written and spoken German and English skills
