• 15+ years of experience in quality management within a large, global organization.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience driving process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; a second language is preferred.
