• Order processing based on material requirements (conversion of requirement notifications into orders, ordering of goods, maintenance of supplier confirmations)
• Monitoring of current requirements (process orders and purchase orders) with regard to deadlines and quantities from creation to goods receipt and initiation of suitable and sustainable measures to eliminate bottlenecks
• Optimization of order and inventory quantities according to business principles and in line with company objectives
• Close coordination with neighboring areas and departments on planning-related topics (e.g. production, order management, strategic purchasing, quality departments, IT, etc.)
• Independent development, implementation and documentation of projects and process improvements. Alignment of own actions and optimization of processes on the basis of agreed key figures

• Completed commercial studies, studies in industrial engineering or comparable training with additional professional experience
• Professional experience in the areas of purchasing, production planning, logistics or SCM
• Very good knowledge of SAP in the area of materials management and production planning, very good knowledge of MS Office
• Process-optimized, project-related and solution-oriented work
