The position is to be taken at our headquarter in Frankfurt am Main with regular trips to the CBRE offices in EMEA, mainly London.

The Business Line Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier offers commercial real estate users and users of real estate portfolios globally integrated real estate services from a single source: from consulting and transaction services, location search, portfolio management, analysis and optimization, development of office concepts and working environments, to real estate outsourcing of operational activities (e.g. facility management), to feasibility and demand studies for large real estate portfolios.

YOUR MISSION

• Responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of global real estate services (Portfolio Strategy, Transaction Management, Estate Management, Lease Administration and related advisory services) to a global footprint of significant size
• Management and leadership of a large, geographically diverse real estate team, across multiple delivery functions, driving consistency and process, ensuring strong delivery against client objectives
• Ensuring that the services meet CBRE high quality standards, are integrated across CBRE business lines and are appropriately supported by CBRE infrastructure
• Coordination with the Global FM Lead and Global Program Governance Lead to ensure the integration of services together with the Global Alliance Director
• Responsibility for the successful delivery of real estate KPIs and CPIs
• Focusing on the smooth running of real estate day to day operations, i.e. accurate data, transactions delivered to time and budget
• Contribution and coordination of service lines in the development and review of service line playbooks
• Motivating the team to identify and implement innovation and strategic thinking across the portfolio
• Leading a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the real estate account

YOUR PROFILE

• Chartered Surveyor
• Ideally a Master’s degree in real estate
• Previous experience of major real estate account delivery
• Previous experience in corporate real estate positions is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Good understanding of corporate real estate processes
• Fluent in German and English
