To strengthen the Chair of Social Business (Prof. Dr. Karin Kreutzer), we are looking for a research & teaching assistant f/m/d in part-time (50%) for the location in Oestrich-Winkel. The possibility of a doctorate is given.

Aufgabe:

• Support empirical research projects in Social Business and Social Entrepreneurship
  
• Writing scientific and practice-oriented publications
  
• Support lectures and the supervision of Bachelor/ Master thesis in the area of Social Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc.

Profil:

• Master’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Psychology
  
• Strong interest in pursuing a Doctorate in the area of Social Business, CSR, or Nonprofit Management
  
• Excellent English
  
• Experience with qualitative research is an advantage
  
• Proactive, flexible team player with good analytical abilities
