We are currently looking for a Sales & Network Specialist (m/f/d) to support the Customer Care Centre of a premium car brand in Cologne (or alternatively Dietzenbach)! If you speak Dutch or Vlaams on a native level we are looking for you!
The role

• You are the first contact for all customer and prospect inquiries, provide expert advice by phone, e-mail or chat and later help them in all terms of the ongoing customer relationship.
• You will be responsible for the documentation of all inquiries through Salesforce according to company guidelines
• Promotion of positive customer relationships is your main goal, which you handle through a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
• You will be able to develop innovative approaches to resolving customer concerns and work together with other local departments, if required

What do we require from you?
To succeed as our Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) you are service oriented and have strong abilities in interpersonal communication.


We are looking for you if you have:

• Several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive trade
• Knowledge in Dutch or Flemish on a native Level (C2)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Commercial studies or relevant experience
• Independent way of working and passion for problem solving

Work regulations and location

• Fulltime: 40 h / week
• Mo-Fr in 2 shifts between 8.00 – 20.00 h and Sa from 9.00 – 15.00 h
• Temporary contract for 18 months (with the possibility of extension)
• Location: Cologne or Dietzenbach, Germany
