Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Sales Partners to collaborate with us on a freelance basis. As a Sales Partner, you will be responsible for handling our sales operations by leveraging your own sales team (minimum 3-5 people). Your team will focus on expanding our client base, generating leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a sales team of at least 3-5 people.
- Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance.
- Ensure that your team meets or exceeds established sales quotas.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a team.
- Access to a dedicated sales team of 3-5 members.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team.
- Familiarity with the moving industry is a plus, but not required.
