Sales Representative - Kitchen and Bath Design

- Competitive compensation package with potential earnings ranging from $65,000 to $130,000 annually (commission-based) + Bonuses.
- Prior experience in in-home sales, ideally within the kitchen and bath industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and competitive drive.
- Demonstrated ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to confirmed appointments.
- Availability to take appointments Monday through Friday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must reside within daily commuting distance of the sales territory or be willing to relocate.
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design Software or similar design software.
- 1-3 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design and/or a degree in Interior Design.
- Familiarity with industry trends, materials, and product innovations in the kitchen and bath design field.
- Specifically cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
- Conduct in-home and in-showroom consultations with customers to thoroughly assess their remodeling needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the digital design team to translate customer requests into visually appealing and functional kitchen and bath designs.
- Guide customers through product offerings and pricing options, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure an accurate and smooth ordering process.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of customer activity, including the sales process and customer records.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
