Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Visits: Conduct market research and visits to local furniture, office furniture, mattress, and home goods stores in Germany the Understand market demand and competition, gather market information, and prepare research reports.
2. Customer Relationship Management:Establish good business relationships with store owners, recommend and sell Flexispot's new product lines, including meeting pods. Develop and maintain offline distributors, promote product entry and sales.
3. Exhibition Participation and Customer Development:** Regularly participate in relevant industry exhibitions, develop new customers, and expand product influence. Communicate with potential customers, introduce product advantages and features, and develop sales strategies.
4. Channel Communication and Follow-up: Maintain contact with potential customers through online and offline channels, phone calls, emails, and visits, and promptly follow up on customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience in selling furniture, office furniture, or home goods is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Good market research and analysis skills, capable of independently completing research reports.
5. Willingness to conduct frequent market visits and travel, with strong stress tolerance.
6. Strong team spirit and execution, able to complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 55.000,00€ - 75.000,00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 50735 Köln: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
