Your responsibilities will include showcasing and promoting our luxury cosmetics products, providing customers with personalized advice and creating a memorable shopping experience for them. You will manage stock and maintain a tidy and attractive work environment, helping to achieve our sales targets and develop a strong loyal customer base.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in direct sales or cosmetics industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum knowledge of English or German at A2 level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive, customer-oriented attitude and the ability to work both in a team and individually
- Presenting and promoting the company's luxury cosmetic products in a compelling and attractive way to customers.
- Providing personalized consultation to clients to meet their individual cosmetic needs and preferences.
- Creating a memorable shopping experience through pleasant and professional interaction with customers.
- Inventory management to ensure product availability and avoid shortages.
- Maintain an orderly and attractive work environment to provide a pleasant customer experience and meet company presentation standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of the company's sales goals and the development of a strong base of loyal customers through active involvement in the sales process.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales.
- Adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, effectively managing multiple demands and customer interactions.
- Effective team collaboration and ability to work equally well and individually to meet team and company goals.
- Active participation in training and professional development programs offered by the company to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the field of cosmetics and sales.
