Scheduler (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Creation of an ‘Early Activity Schedule’ for the project start phase
• Creation and maintenance of project and sample schedules
• Monitoring and analysing deadlines and project progress
• Regular reporting to project and site managers
• Support with progress monitoring and preparation of reports
• Checking and specifying supplier deadlines
• Planning and organisation of schedule workshops

Your Profile

• University of Applied Sciences: mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering or technical college
• Several years of experience in scheduling/resource planning for large-scale plant engineering projects
• Knowledge of MS Office, Primavera and MS Project
• Personal responsibility & logical thinking
• Motivation & ability to work in a team
• Ability to gather information
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Structured way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
