General Summary:

Aufgaben:

• Finanzberichterstattung und -analyse:
  
  • Erstellung von Finanzanalysen und Berichten, einschließlich Bilanzen und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen in einem Fast-Close Umfeld
    
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten und des Hauptbuches.
    
  • Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit von Finanztransaktionen.
    
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Kontrollen, Unternehmensrichtlinien und vorgaben .
    
• Audit und lokale GAAP-Erstellung:
  
  • Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB
    
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlussprüfungen, Organisation von relevanten Unterlagen und Unterstützung der Prüfung.
    
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer/in und interne internationale Abteilungen.
    
• Prozessverbesserung:
  
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Buchhaltungsprozessen.
    
  • Zusammenarbeit von funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Verbesserungen auch in Bereichen außerhalb des Finanzwesens umzusetzen, z.B. im Zusammenhang mit der ESG-Berichterstattung oder der EU-Taxonomie.
    
• Zusammenarbeit und Support:
  
  • Unterstützung des Shared-Service Centers, insbesondere bei lokalen Anfragen.
    
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Finanz- und Buchhaltungsexperten zur Erreichung der Abteilungsziele.
    

Erforderliche Ausbildung:

• Berufliche Qualifikation als Buchhalter/in oder Bachelor-Abschluss in einem verwandten Bereich
  

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Buchhalter, idealerweise in einer Senior- Position
  
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze und -Praktiken.
  
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP FI und Microsoft Excel.
  
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  
• Hands-on-Mentalität mit Liebe zum Detail und Termintreue.
  
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
