Who we are

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• General understanding of computerized accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.
• High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills In German and English.
• Strategic mindset, has a keen sense of priorities, along with an ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
• Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Practices discretion in all corporate matters.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems considered an asset.
• Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
