The main mission of the team is to develop the necessary talent for reaching AVIV ambitions & to unlock the career aspirations of AVIVers within the company.
This role will focus on growing leadership capabilities and foster Impactful Leadership @AVIV. From designing to delivering programs, from assessing leadership development initiatives to creating strategies for growth, while ensuring alignment between leadership practices and organizational, business goals. This role sits in the Learning & Talent Management Center of Excellence, reporting into the Head of.
Proficiency in ENGLISH is a must-have criteria.
This job is based in Berlin, also open for candidates in Paris.
Job Description
Main areas of responsibility & ownership
- Develop, execute, and track leadership & organization development programs, ensuring a high return on investment through data-driven insights.
- Design and facilitate leadership workshops, interactions on topics relevant for AVIV transformation, scaling and business goals
- Build programs and interventions to help leaders navigate organizational changes, cultural shifts, and aligning teams with new goals.
- Integrate inclusive leadership practices that support diverse teams
- Continuously audit and improve current leadership development practices, aligning them with the organization’s cultural pillars and company objectives.
- Oversee internal and external coaching services, ensuring high-quality development support across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and executives to drive leadership development, learning and culture initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize the delivery of leadership and culture development initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership development, organizational development & learning, to bring innovative ideas to enhance internal programs.
- In the long run, you can expect to design and implement 360-degree feedback, succession planning, behavioral assessments and other development programs and processes to support leadership growth and organizational improvement.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for
- A business-minded and passionate professional, with an educational background in Business Psychology (or related). You should have a diverse and extensive exposure to complex business environments while driving Leadership & Organizational Development programs and processes.
- Certification in executive coaching, leadership assessment tools (e.g., Insights, DISC, Hogan, etc), or change management is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership training and coaching programs.
- You will be very successful in this role if you constantly demonstrate results orientation, systemic thinking, attention to details, excellent communication skills and deep understanding of both organizational dynamics and individual development needs.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills to effectively deliver training and engage participants.
- Knowledge of Leadership frameworks
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring leadership programs are inclusive and regionally relevant.
- Proficiency in French or German represents an advantage
