IN A NUTSHELL
Are you a results-driven creative with a talent for digital design that drives sales and conversions? Do you thrive on creating high-impact performance ads, optimizing websites for maximum conversions, and leveraging cutting-edge tools? If so, BRAINEFFECT is looking for you! As our (Senior) Marketing and Brand Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing Mind Nutrition to people's hearts and scaling our brand to the next level. You'll be responsible for the visual design of our campaigns, crafting compelling visuals that not only capture attention but also make people buy our products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Design: Create designs for our Performance Marketing campaigns, website and social channels, focused on boosting conversion rates and enhancing the overall brand experience.
• Performance-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop innovative visual campaign concepts (campaign and ads) that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results across different customer touch-points, including Social Channels, Website, CRM, etc.
• Team Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and support company goals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a focus on quality and creativity.
• Innovative Integration: Implement AI tools and the latest design techniques to streamline processes and deliver outstanding creative solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience and Expertise: You have at least 3 years of experience in digital design, ideally in digital startups or e-commerce.
• Conversion driven knowledge: You have a broad expertise in conversion driven ad design, and some level of experience with UI/UX design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design. Experience with After Effects is advantageous. Bonus if you already have experience with video and UGC video editing.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: You possess a strong sense of design and a conversion-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects, delivering visually stunning designs in a dynamic environment.
• Team Player: You communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively while also demonstrating independence in your creative process.
• Fluent in English: You can articulate your ideas clearly and concisely in English; German skills are a plus but not essential.
