Senior Field Marketing Specialist (EMEA) (m/f/d)
Location: Aachen, Germany
As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist at Abiomed within J&J Medtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions within EMEA. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
Responsibilities:

• Effectively create and disseminate marketing content and messages to field members, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to successfully represent Abiomed's products and therapies.
• Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements and further developments.
• Regularly travel to field locations to empower, support, and inspect field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
• Participate in all field calls, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and field activities.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, professional education, training and sales to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the field.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform field marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
• Drive implementation of IT tools to drive our messaging for maximum impact (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree highly preferred.
• 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role.
• Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
• Embody Abiomed's Patients First culture, demonstrating a positive attitude, open communication, and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
• A passion for helping others and a desire to help improve outcomes for heart attack patients-
