Your mission

• Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across SEM, Shopping, Affiliates, and Paid Social
• Strategy Development: Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition
• Performance Analysis: Continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns in order to improve our main KPIs (ROAS, POAS, CAC)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your Marketing Peers (e.g. SEO & Marketing Managers) as well as Product, BI and Mar Tech to improve your team’s and company’s success, such as Tracking, Attribution, Automation
• Reporting: Present campaign outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations to your Team Lead as well as C-levels and other Marketing teams

Your profile

• Experience: Several years in Performance Marketing, with expertise in e Commerce, fashion, or similar
• Platform Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Merchant Center, Bing, Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Expertise in Awin is highly advantageous
• Data-Driven Insight: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and performance metrics to drive informed, impactful decisions
• Optimization Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tracking, attribution, and A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous performance optimization
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; German skills are a big plus

Whether in our centrally located office or working remotely – you and your team decide together where and when you want to work. You can arrange your working hours flexibly. For personal interaction, your team meets at least 20 days per quarter in the office, as our team days are held in person.
