Senior Recruiter (Germany - remote)

In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded with the business, and they’ll look to you to advise and consult with their hiring managers and interviewers, source and assess candidates, and provide positive hiring experience (internally and externally). This is a full-time role, and we're not open to hiring a freelancer.
What you will do:
- Support, guide and partner with Hiring Managers and Interviewers across all departments and locations
- Deliver on hiring needs (end to end, from sourcing to interviewing to closing) by building recruiting strategies, candidate pipelines, interviewing & assessing candidates, working with vendors (incl. agencies)
- Deliver outstanding candidate and hiring experience
- Support Employer Branding activities
- Support Talent and People teams with projects and initiatives (align with your interest area)
- Help us further scale internationally
What you will need:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international, geographically distributed scale-up with a heavy focus on building candidate pipelines (sourcing, events, recruiting marketing, etc)
- Experience supporting, coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English & German
- Thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
