The Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for outstanding Technical Solution Architect to work onsite with our clients across Infor M3 in the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities Include

Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance directly to users in a professional and organized manner, using detailed technical knowledge in accordance with Infor’s implementation methodology
Be responsible for the technical configuration of the Infor M3 solutions
Create Technical Specifications for Infor M3 business rules, business processes, interfaces etc.
Design and execute the upgrade and migration of Infor M3 software releases with the customer
Deliver customer-focused technical training in both formal and workshop formats
Effectively apply solution knowledge to Infor’s sales and delivery projects that are complex in nature and require consulting leadership
Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development
Collaborate with an off-shore technical team to drive developments and customization

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization

Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages.
Programming skills Java, Javascript or C#.
Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts.
Experience with XML-based messaging integration technologies.
Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
Strong oral and written communication that can effectively articulate complex ideas.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Highly self-motivated.
Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and business experience
Engineering degree.
Fluent spoken and written German and English.

Additional requirements (Optional):

Technical implementation experience with enterprise software such as Infor M3 or other ERP applications or comparable enterprise business applications
Experience with integration between M3 applications (or similar systems) & other applications.
