Conducting detailed supplier audits and developing action plans to address quality issues
-
Actively lead and organize supplier conferences to promote collaboration and continuous improvement
-
Responsible for the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the supply chain, including the creation of process flow diagrams and FMEA analysis
-
Provide training and consulting services to suppliers on quality methodologies such as APQP, RCCA and Lean principles
-
Creating and managing supplier scorecards to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
-
Ensuring compliance with requirements from development processes and relevant aerospace regulations
-
Work closely with other departments to coordinate corrective actions and ensure quality issues are resolved effectively
-
Identifying process weaknesses and developing measures for continuous improvement
-
Assist in the development of process improvements and descriptions in accordance with EN9100 and other applicable aerospace industry standards and guidelines
-
Provide expertise and support to other departments, such as MRB, Production and Quality Clinic, as required
Profile:
-
Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on engineering or quality management
-
Professional experience in supplier quality, ideally in the automotive or aerospace industry
-
Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and developing quality improvement measures
-
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality methodologies such as APQP, RCCA and Lean principles
-
Certification as EN9100 Lead Auditor an advantage
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
-
Willingness to occasionally travel to supplier sites
Aufgaben:
-
Durchführung von detaillierten Lieferantenaudits und Entwicklung von Maßnahmenplänen zur Behebung von Qualitätsproblemen
-
Aktive Leitung und Organisation von Lieferantenkonferenzen, um die Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu fördern
-
Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) innerhalb der Lieferkette, einschließlich der Erstellung von Prozessflussdiagrammen und FMEA-Analysen
-
Bereitstellung von Schulungen und Beratungsdiensten für Lieferanten zu Qualitätsmethoden wie APQP, RCCA und Lean-Prinzipien
-
Erstellung und Verwaltung von Lieferanten-Scorecards zur Bewertung der Leistung und Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen
-
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen aus den Entwicklungsprozessen und relevanten Luft- und Raumfahrtvorschriften
-
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Korrekturmaßnahmen zu koordinieren und sicherzustellen, dass Qualitätsprobleme effektiv gelöst werden

Identifizierung von Prozessschwachstellen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
-
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prozessverbesserungen und -beschreibungen gemäß EN9100 und anderen geltenden Normen und Richtlinien in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie

Bereitstellung von Fachwissen und Unterstützung für andere Abteilungen, wie MRB, Produktion und Quality Clinic, bei Bedarf
Profil:
-
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Qualitätsmanagement
-
Berufserfahrung in der Lieferantenqualität, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie
-
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Entwicklung von Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen
-
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmethoden wie APQP, RCCA und Lean-Prinzipien
-
Zertifizierung als EN9100 Lead Auditor von Vorteil
-
Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
-
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu Lieferantenstandorten
