Your responsibilities

Lead delivery of industry insights, research, tools, and reports to inform executive decisions on Plan A’s solutions and features.
Involves stakeholder engagement, data analysis, policy overviews, and use of in-house scientific expertise.
Outputs will support both internal decision-making and external client engagement
Lead the Secretariat function of Plan A’s Scientific Advisory Board
Lead the coordination of research activities with Universities, Industry Associations and Plan A’s clients
Actively participate in working groups, conferences and technical initiatives representing Plan A in initiatives such as UNEP D4CE, PACT, Perseus and industry specific forums
Proactively stay up-to-date with trends in emissions management, decarbonisation, and ESG policy and translate the implications for Plan A, our business and our clients
Join our Sales and Customer Success teams in technical client calls, on an as-needed basis
Requirements
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Ability to proactively engage stakeholders across different domains by synthesising qualitative and quantitative evidence
Experience in project management: managing feasibility, effort costs and opportunity sizing with relation to needs not currently covered by our software or existing client services
Experience of stakeholder management, particularly an ability of successfully providing knowledge exchange between experts (industry or academic) and practitioners (businesses) that leads to tangible impacts
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment within a matrix management structure and effectively communicate to non-technical audiences
Team player mentality with an empathetic approach towards coworkers and customers who values cooperation over competition
Fluency in English at a proficient business level is a must for this position.
Fluency in German, French or additional languages is a plus but not a necessary requirement.
