Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Storage Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining our enterprise storage systems.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of storage hardware and software, data backup, and disaster recovery solutions. The Storage Administrator will ensure the availability, performance, and security of our storage infrastructure, supporting various business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Storage Management: Install, configure, and manage enterprise storage systems (e.g., SAN, NAS) to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Regularly monitor storage systems for health, capacity, and performance. Conduct routine maintenance, including updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.
Data Backup and Recovery:
Implement and manage data backup strategies, including the configuration of backup schedules, monitoring backups, and performing data restorations when necessary.
