• You manage and coordinate the employees from a technical point of view to ensure that the finished goods are dispatched on time
• Disciplinary management is the responsibility of the warehouse manager
• You will ensure the quality, tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse on a daily basis
• You will ensure that all goods are correctly labelled in accordance with customer and GHS requirements
• You will maintain seamless communication with other departments, especially Customer Service
• You will introduce continuous improvement measures within the processes and procedures
• You clarify and resolve differences via SAP
• You will accompany inventories and ensure that they are carried out correctly
• If required, you will provide operational support for day-to-day business from goods receipt to goods issue

• You have professional experience in a similar profile, preferably in the food industry
• A trainer qualification, SAP knowledge, MS Office knowledge, basic knowledge of English and experience with ADR are desirable
• You are confident and self-assured and show a high degree of self-motivation and determination
• You are a leader with a passion for motivating employees
• You are confident in using common software programmes (warehouse management, merchandise management, MS Office)
