As a Recruiter at Sensient, you are responsible for the full cycle recruiting for various departments and key positions in our EMEA locations, with a focus on sourcing in the UK and Germany. You work within our global process and applicable laws with concern to recruiting consistently for candidates in- and externally. You will be reporting to the TA Director based in EMEA.
What you’ll do:
- Source and identify suitable candidates and create their interest in the role and our organization
- Fill positions through writing compelling job postings, interviewing candidates and driving the process through to job offer
- Prospect candidates pro-actively
- Educate internal customers on recruiting and set effective hiring expectations
- Select well-matched candidates for the roles in your portfolio and maintain ongoing contact with internal customers and candidates to ensure exceptional customer service
- Extensive international recruiting experience, with a main focus on Western Europe
- A commercial mindset to understand markets and match the right candidates with our open roles
- Business fluency in English and good German skills. Additional European languages are an advantage
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-, metrics- and data-driven environment
- Experience in working with ATS systems, and driving process improvements through your own work
