As Team Lead Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d) you will be significantly involved in the further development of our software solutions for bioanalytical devices and services.

You will be...

• leading a team of 4 engineers and testers focused on the development of cloud applications which includes individual coaching, performance reviews, and supporting their career progression.
• working closely with the Head of Software Engineering, Senior Engineers, and external contractors to align the development efforts with the overall product roadmap and objectives.
• overseeing and participating in the creation of an enterprise option (on-premise or VPC deployed) to our existing cloud application, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
• enhancing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and quality.
• participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes such as OKRs and leadership meetings.
• staying current with industry trends and advancements in cloud computing and deployment technologies.

You're a good fit for us if...

• You have experience in cloud application development, deployment and maintenance.
• You know your way around Python, Postgre SQL, and MSAzure.
• You have experience with site reliability engineering, leveraging technologies such as Kubernetes and Helm.
• You possess proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and optimization, ideally with Git Lab.
• You would like to apply and improve your leadership qualities in a technical role
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across domains and departments.
• You have a hands-on attitude and want to be actively involved in shaping things
• You have very good written and spoken English skills. German skills are a plus.
