Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workplace team, providing guidance and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee the operation and enhancement of our workplace-oriented cloud services, ensuring their efficiency and scalability
• Implement and execute our strategic initiatives for workplace-related projects
• Ensure smooth processes and effective team collaboration, particularly during upcoming changes related to projects and organizational measures
• Ensure good alignment between IT and the EMEA region to support business initiatives and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• University degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations.
  
• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft O365 services, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
  Teams Telephony and Communication, Endpoint Management.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.
