As we expand our reach, we seek a talented individual to join our team as a Tik Tok livestream host and Recruiter.
Job Description:
As a Talent Aquisition Agent, you will be livestreaming on Tiktok daily to recruit top talent on Tik Tok. If you're a social media enthusiast passionate about talent scouting and recruiting, this role is for you!
* This is more of a livestreamer than a recruiting position.
Responsibilities:

• Go live on Tik Tok to scout, engage, and recruit top talent.
• Build relationships with influencers and potential hires on Tik Tok and introduce cooperation opportunities.
• Stay updated on Tik Tok trends and use them to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Track and evaluate the performance of partnering talent. Collect and analyze relevant data, generate reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create and manage Tik Tok content to attract potential candidates.

Job Requirement:

• Livestreaming experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok and its trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting, talent scouting, or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to create engaging Tik Tok content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for social media and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and influencer outreach is a plus.
