The work involves troubleshooting and repairing large format touchscreen displays, digital signage systems and associated IT equipment.
Managed Operations AI works for big name professional brands providing electronic repair and troubleshooting, technical support, technical logistics and other bespoke services on a wide range of Audio Visual and IT products.
Starting from our logistics hub in Cologne between 6.30am and 8.30am the job involves attending customer sites within the corporate and education sectors to troubleshoot issues, and repair as required.
As one half of a two person field team you will be diligent and proactive in resolving issues with the full backup of an office and engineering support team.
Jobs can be nationwide and the role can include travel around the country. For any overnight stays we pay for hotel accommodation, evening meals and breakfasts. An attractive overtime rate applies for days over 8 hours.
A good knowledge of electronics, Android environment and PC connectivity is required and experience of LED monitor repair is an advantage. Good Microsoft Windows knowledge and some Apple experience would also be useful.
Full product training, van and all equipment is provided. A full driving licence is essential.
