  • Unstoppable Drive: You're a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives on challenges. The more organized, disciplined and driven you are, the better you will do.
  • Sales Experience: Although some individuals without prior sales Experience thrive, having experience in a pure commission sales role will be the most likely path to success. It doesn't matter what you have sold in the past. The important part is that you understand sales processes and the nuances of a sales presentation
  • Integrity: Honesty and ethical conduct are non-negotiable. You put the customer first, always. This is a key principal within our company.
