Supports processes and projects within Finance and Value Chain.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities
This position comes with a wide range of responsibilities; however, these responsibilities may change or vary slightly depending on the projects currently running or support needed to the wider value chain management team.

Current responsibilities include:

Supporting with ongoing value chain management projects with required coordination such as value chain academy & global health portfolio.
Learn and take lead on forecasting topics and uploads for direct markets and institutional business customers.
Assist in third party risk management and contracting tracker updates and organizing of frequent review by stakeholders.
Learn about supply chain reporting and support in preparation.
Deputize value chain team customer facing team during their vacations.
Co-leading product launches if any by interacting with the Regulatory, Business Development teams to jointly coordinate supply timelines and supply set-up.

Key Performance Indicators:
Successful implementation of projects and overall feedback from team being supported.

Ideal Background:
Education (minimum/desirable): bachelor’s or master’s degree in business / scientific field
Languages: English

Experience:
Min 1-3 years

Knowledge/experience in Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory,
Expertise in cross-functional project management
International business experience and exposure to different cultures
