Duties

• Produces creative designs supporting print publications, community website and social media.
• Develops communication concepts for project/product development and print and web production.
• Applies state-of-the-art technology in printing, electronic publishing, illustration, and photographic techniques to the visual information program.
• Utilizes a variety of electronic publishing industry standard design software, and visual art production equipment and technology.
• Prepares estimate of funding requirements, writes specifications, and monitors contractor’s performance throughout the entire process.
