Position Overview

As a company ambassador the Brand Image Specialist (f/m/d) in our Ralph Lauren Retail Stores as well as Wholesale Flagships in Region Germany you are at the heart of creating the stunning environment that defines the the iconic brand. You will not only create setups, but you will also be the maestro of aesthetic storytelling which implements orchestrating fashion, timeless style, and a memorable customer shopping experience. In every stet up you will have to find the balance between Magic and logic. With your meticulous eye you will make sure that every rig, every Prop and every wall bay reflects the sophisticated world of Ralph Lauren. At the same time not losing the company strategy out of sight.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Take responsibility for in-store presentations:

Work with store management to align the product presentation.
Craft visual presentations that captivate the customer within a journey through the latest collection.
Coordinate and prepare seasonal launches
Ensure that the company-set guidelines for product display and merchandising are applied and maintained
Setup seasonal and transitional product flow strategies for the Retails stores
Plan and implement new opening projects
Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations
Plan, prioritize and organize visits within the range of your responsibility
Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives

Reporting & Communication

Regular analysis of the stock prior major setups and openings
Feedback, call outs, and store needs to the according department
Communicate visual results by creating store visit reports

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

You need:

Creativity as well as visual merchandising experience
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in German and English
Energy and enthusiasm
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Willingness to travel
Driving license
