Warehouse Operation Specialist

As a Warehouse Operation Specialist:
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including tracking stock levels and coordinating regular cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and coordinate efficient layout and storage of products.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track product locations, stock levels, and shipment schedules.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping/receiving issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Your background and skills:
- High school diploma or above; additional qualifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do attitude and hands-on mindset
- Proactive, dynamic, solution and customer oriented
