#Your Role


Your role as an Automation Testing professional will focus on implementing automated test cases in robust testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with a focus on automation, performance, and scalability.


During your tenure, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Create and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing using tools such as Selenium, Test NG, JUnit, and Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, ensuring tests are run consistently with each build and deployment.
• Write advanced scripts in programming languages such as Java and C# to support testing frameworks and test cases.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure test code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to test failures, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness, recommending and implementing improvements.

#Winning Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in automated testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, and C#.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with Gherkin scripting language (BDD) for the design of automated test cases.
• Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio, Intelli J, Visual Studio Code, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub, or similar.
• Track record of designing and implementing test frameworks will be considered a plus.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), Energy, Telecommunication or relevant sectors will be considered a plus.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
