Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that all interactions align with our commitment to high-quality service. Your native Polish language skills will be key in assisting our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and account management.
- Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Native fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong command of English for internal communication and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
