PNOĒ's mission is to enable health professionals to provide training and nutrition as medicine by leveraging the power of breath analysis. Operating in the US and Greece, we are trusted by over 3,000 health professionals and world-class athletes like Russell Wilson (NFL champion), Emma Raducanu (US Open champion), and Annie Thorisdottir (Cross Fit Games champion). Our clients include 100+ research centers and universities, as well as leading brands like In Body and Spartan Racing.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in virtual sales, exceptional English fluency, and the ability to lead business growth initiatives with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through virtual meetings and communications.
· Develop and implement new marketing strategies to drive business growth.
· Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and client needs.
· Enhance the value of existing customers while acquiring new ones.
· Explore and develop new markets to improve sales performance.
· Represent PNOĒ at virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Prepare and present compelling quotes and proposals for clients.
· Set and achieve ambitious goals for the development team and business expansion.
· Train and mentor team members, fostering their professional development.
Requirements:
· Native or near-native fluency in English.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Extensive experience in virtual sales, marketing, or a related field.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
· Proven ability to manage complex projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
· Proficient in Google Suite.
