Europrawn Hellas A.E. , a pioneer in Black Tiger and White Leg Shrimp Organic Farming , has been shaping the future of European Prawn Aquaculture since 2017 in Igoumenitsa, Greece. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and contribute to our vision of sustainable aquaculture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily farm operations, from production to harvesting and processing.

Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Manage a talented team and oversee training, development, and safety.

Optimize financial performance and control operational budgets.

Maintain the highest quality standards for shrimp farming and harvesting.

Strategically grow the business and identify new market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in aquaculture, ideally in shrimp farming.

Leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.

Expertise in regulatory compliance, sustainability, and operational management.

Financial acumen with a proven track record in budgeting.

University bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Aquaculture, Marine Biology; MBA preferred.
