Responsibilities
Content Creation:

Create and manage content for newsletters, including drafting and editing.
Write clear and engaging copy for various platforms, such as websites, landing pages, and social media.
Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation and campaign management.
Schedule social media posts across different platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data, while optimizing its use for marketing and communication purposes.

Candidate Support:

Manage and grow online communities by engaging with candidates and responding to their inquiries.
Provide email and phone support to assist candidates with questions and concerns.
Build and maintain partnerships with student associations and universities to support recruitment efforts.

Basic Requirements

Proven experience in copywriting and social media management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using email platforms and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Canva for content creation.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.

Good to Have

A portfolio showcasing your digital marketing work, including examples of copywriting, visuals or/and social media management.
