About the job
We are looking for a determined and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be working closely with your team members as well as other internal teams in order to coordinate the effort of providing accurate and insightful answers to our customer's issues and questions.
We are recruiting at mid and senior level.


Please note that only candidates with the right to work in Greece will be considered for this position.


Main Responsibilities

• Function as the communication link between the Development team and our end customers

• Troubleshooting management of computer systems, software, and hardware issues
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems
• Detecting and resolving technical issues related to applications

• Addressing Ticketing system requests
• Utilizing the ticketing platform to efficiently execute assigned tasks related to customer requests and operational activities, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• User administration
• Creation of documentation and evaluations

Required skills and qualifications

• 2 years minimum of relevant work experience
• Qualification in software engineering, computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• ITIL certification and relevant experience
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL)

• Ability to understand, and work with new emerging technologies and methodologies,

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details
• Willingness to continuously update skills and learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customers oriented
• Strong teamwork spirit with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives

Nice to have

• A strong affinity for artificial intelligence (A.I.)
• Already applied LLMs (Large Language Models) in private projects or professional settings
• Knowledge of the German language
