We are seeking a Data Analytics Associate/ Senior Associate for our Analytics & AI Hub who will play a pivotal role in analyzing client data, providing insightful reports to upper management, and showcasing strong storytelling capabilities. The role entails

• Understand our client’s business needs and propose appropriate advanced data analytics approaches to reach optimal solutions
  
• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets
  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and results
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions
  
• Be part of challenging projects covering a broad range of various functions of the top organizations in Greece and/or abroad
  

What we are looking for

• Bachelor or Master degree in Applied Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field with strong quantitative background from a leading local or overseas University.
  
• Relevant experience of at least 2 years
  
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to keep up to date with the latest advancements in web development
  
• Excellent storytelling abilities to translate data insights into compelling narratives for upper management.
  
• Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset to keep up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and project scopes.
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  

Good to have

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
  
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
  
• Exposure to version control systems
