Position: Customer / Tech Support Representative

What we are looking for:
Native French speaker with proficiency in English

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A team-oriented mindset and a customer-first approach ️

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts

Please note that this position is open to EU passport holders or individuals with valid work authorization for Greece.

Key responsibilities:
Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.

Participating in ongoing learning to stay updated on product knowledge and service practices.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What the company offers:
Training: Comprehensive paid training program to ensure your success

Salary: up to €1,100 gross per month, with additional performance bonuses

Working Schedule: Rotative shifts, 5 days per week, 40 hours
