Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Hostess to join the Mar Bella hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greets & welcomes guests in the F&B Outlets

Escorts the guests to their assigned table

Support the service team by handing menus and serving water

Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction

Communicates with guests to check satisfaction

Communicates any complains or issues found to the direct supervisor

Keep track of restaurants reservation records in collaboration with the dining reservations

Requirements

Professional experience in a customer service position

Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
